Marzipan sugar cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g marzipan – raw mass
  • 125 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 3 drops flavoring (lemon baking oil)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • some milk
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 tsp, sm. cinnamon, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix the marzipan mixture and butter thoroughly, then gradually add the sugar, sugar, oil, and egg. Combine the wheat flour with the cornstarch and baking powder and stir in 2/3 of the flour mixture a tablespoon at a time, then knead in the rest. If the dough is sticky, chill it for a while. Roll out the dough and cut out shapes of your choice. Place on a greased baking sheet and brush with milk. Mix the sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over the biscuits, and place in the preheated oven. 175-200°C (350-400°F), baking time 8-10 minutes.
