Asian fried noodles with pork fillet

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g tagliatelle noodles, Asian
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 400 g leek
  • 600 g pork fillet(s)
  • 1 can of bamboo shoots
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce, light
  • 100 ml sauce (sweet chili sauce)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the noodles in salted water. Press the garlic through a garlic press. Deseed the chili pepper and slice into rings. Slice the leek into rings. Cut the meat into medallions, drain the bamboo shoots, and quarter them. Brown the medallions in a pan, season, and remove. Briefly sauté the garlic and chili in the cooking oil, then add the leek. Then add the noodles and bamboo shoots. Deglaze with soy sauce and chili sauce. Place the medallions on top of the noodles, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes.
