Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml Cola, cold
- ¼ tsp Adiowan (King Cumin, Indian Cumin)
- ½ tsp pepper, black or white, to taste
- ¾ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 mint leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
a delicious cola variant that I came to know and love in the Indian fast food restaurants in England.
Combine all ingredients, except the cola, in a container. Slowly add the cola, stirring as you go. The cola will foam heavily, but that’s normal; it’s okay if not all of the ingredients are dissolved. Once the mixture is ready, it’s ready to serve. Masala Cola is best enjoyed through a straw and served with Indian food.
