Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 50 g Fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 50 g Mascarpone
  • 50 g Quark
  • 50 g Natural yogurt 0.1%
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Puree 100 g of it with lemon juice and powdered sugar and refrigerate. Sprinkle 50 g with sugar. Chill too.
  • Mix the mascarpone with quark, yoghurt and vanilla sugar until creamy.
  • Divide the mascarpone cream into two glasses. Put the strawberry puree on top. Finally, place the sweetened strawberries in the middle. Garnish with mint.
