Ingredients
- 100 g Fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 50 g Fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 50 g Mascarpone
- 50 g Quark
- 50 g Natural yogurt 0.1%
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Mint leaves
Instructions
- Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Puree 100 g of it with lemon juice and powdered sugar and refrigerate. Sprinkle 50 g with sugar. Chill too.
- Mix the mascarpone with quark, yoghurt and vanilla sugar until creamy.
- Divide the mascarpone cream into two glasses. Put the strawberry puree on top. Finally, place the sweetened strawberries in the middle. Garnish with mint.
