Ingredients
- 250 g Strawberries
- 1 Lemon
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Sugar fine
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 250 g Cream
- 250 g Cream curd
- 100 g Dark couverture chocolate
Instructions
- Prepare 6 glasses of 250 ml. Set aside 6 washed strawberries. Wash, clean and chop the remaining strawberries. Marinate with the juice of half a lemon, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Beat 250 g of cream with 1 packet of vanilla sugar until stiff, fold in the mascarpone and quark. Distribute the marinated strawberries evenly between the 6 glasses and spread the mascarpone cream on top. Melt the dark chocolate couverture, pour 1 tablespoon each on top of the cream in the glass, swirl around the entire glass. Place 1 strawberry on each. Let it steep in the refrigerator for approx. 1-2 hours. Enjoy your meal!
