Mascarpone Schnitzel
The perfect mascarpone schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Pork schnitzel fresh
- 1 cups Mascarpone
- 0,25 liter Milk approx.
- 0,5 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 tube Tomato paste concentrated three times as required
- Wash the schnitzel, pat dry and fry in a pan.
- Then take the schnitzel out of the pan, add tomato paste to the pan, with milk or, if you want, deglaze with broth.
- Stir in the mascarpone, season with the herbs, salt and pepper and put the schnitzel back in.
- Serve with rice, pasta and potatoes. We had homemade spaetzle with it. Devil steaks with spaetzle
