Mascarpone Schnitzel

The perfect mascarpone schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Pork schnitzel fresh
  • 1 cups Mascarpone
  • 0,25 liter Milk approx.
  • 0,5 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 tube Tomato paste concentrated three times as required
  1. Wash the schnitzel, pat dry and fry in a pan.
  2. Then take the schnitzel out of the pan, add tomato paste to the pan, with milk or, if you want, deglaze with broth.
  3. Stir in the mascarpone, season with the herbs, salt and pepper and put the schnitzel back in.
  4. Serve with rice, pasta and potatoes. We had homemade spaetzle with it. Devil steaks with spaetzle
