Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, floury
- 100 ml milk, plant-based (e.g. oat milk)
- 80 g margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, freshly ground
- 1 pinch of nutmeg

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and wash the potatoes, and boil until soft. Drain and allow to cool. In a second pot, briefly heat the plant-based milk with salt, a pinch of pepper, and nutmeg. Mash the potatoes. Stir in the hot milk and season to taste.
