Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 7 m.-sized potatoes
  • 100 g meat sausage
  • 400 ml milk, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the potatoes, peel them while still hot, and press them through a potato ricer. Add 400-500 ml of hot milk until the mixture reaches the consistency of baby food. Season with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Cut the sausage into strips and add.
