Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of gnocchi, homemade or frozen
- 3 tbsp butter
- 8 large sage leaves, cut into fine strips
- salt and pepper

Cook the gnocchi in plenty of salted water according to the instructions. Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the finely sliced sage leaves. Drain the gnocchi, toss them in the hot butter, and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
