Mashed potatoes from leftover baked potatoes with sausage

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes (baked potatoes from the previous day)
  • 280 g vegetables (mixed vegetables), frozen
  • 2 stock cubes
  • 3 Bockwurst (Knacker)
  • 600 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Recycling leftovers

Boil the remaining baked potatoes with the vegetables, stock cube, and water. Add the sausages and let them simmer for a good 30 minutes. Remove the sausages and mash everything. Stir well and serve with the sausages. I never would have thought it would be so delicious. Perfect for those who like their food hearty and strong.
