Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 sachet of mashed potato powder
- 1 pkt. Camembert(s), pre-baked (4 pieces)
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 125 g feta cheese
- 2 bell peppers of your choice
- some vinegar
- some oil
- salt and pepper
- e.g. milk
- e.g. butter
- some ketchup
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel both onions and slice into rings. Peel the cucumber, halve lengthwise, and slice into slices so you always have two half slices. Trim the bell peppers and cut into small pieces. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Place everything in a bowl with a sliced onion and season with a little vinegar, a little oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Prepare the Camembert and mashed potatoes according to the package instructions. Add milk and/or butter to the mashed potatoes as needed. Fry the second onion in a heated pan until browned. Place the mashed potatoes on a plate and sprinkle with the fried onions. Add the Camembert and garnish with a little ketchup. You can arrange the salad on the plate or serve it separately in a small bowl. Serve immediately.
