- 200 ml rice milk (rice drink)
- 1 tsp matcha tea
- 2 tbsp, heaped coconut flakes
- 5 tbsp oat flakes
- 5 tbsp spelt flakes
- 2 tbsp amaranth, ground
- 1 pinch of cinnamon

Combine rice milk and matcha powder in a cereal bowl. Whisk until frothy using a milk frother or a small whisk. Add the coconut, oat, spelt flakes, and amaranth and let soak for about 15 minutes. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy. For your information: Matcha is green tea that has been finely powdered and hung for a while before harvesting. This gives it its intense green color. The tea contains many antioxidants, carotenes, and vitamins A, B, C, and E, as well as caffeine and amino acids (especially L-theanine), which is bound caffeine that is easily absorbed by the body. 1 teaspoon of matcha tea is equivalent to about 1 espresso.
