Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 5 g salt
  • 1 g pepper
  • 5 g sugar
  • 115 g yogurt
  • 75 g cream
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 1 g capers
  • 270 g herring fillet(s)
  • 1 tsp cucumber juice
  • n. B. Chives, in rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

In a bowl, combine the yogurt with the lemon juice, cucumber juice, salt, pepper, and sugar to make a marinade. Whip the fresh cream and stir it into the marinade. Cut the cucumber into small pieces and add it along with the capers and herring fillets. Sprinkle with chives. Season to taste and adjust the seasoning if desired.
