  • 2 Pc. Waxy potatoes
  • 2 Pc. Boiled beetroot
  • 2 Pc. Herring freshly cut fish
  1. Cut the cooked potatoes into 1 cm thick slices, then cut out nice round slices with a cookie cutter.
  2. Cut the cooked beetroot into 1 cm thick slices, then use a cookie cutter to cut out beautiful round slices.
  3. Cut out slices from the herring fillet
  4. 4th layers: potato – beetroot – potato – beetroot – potato – herring. Scatter some chives when serving.
