Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 herring fillets
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 1 mini cucumber(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rinse the herring fillets and pat dry. Peel the apple and use a vegetable peeler to peel long strips off it. Repeat with the mini cucumber. Top the herring fillets with strips of apple and cucumber. Roll up the herring fillets and secure with toothpicks. Arrange and serve.
