Ingredients
 

  • 4 piece Herring fillets
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Apple Braeburn
  • 1 glass Capers 50ml
  • 100 g Whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 8 piece Pumpernickel thalers
  • 4 Discs Cheese (any)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dill
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 sheet Salad

Instructions
 

  • Pat the herring dry, cut into small cubes. Also dice the tomato, onion and apple. Mix with the chopped capers. Add dill and mix. Put the bowl aside.
  • Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice until creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Spread out the Pumpernickel Taler, cut out the cheese to the same size, brush bread with butter, layer bread and cheese alternately. 6 slices of bread and 5 slices of cheese each in 2 turrets.
  • Arrange the tartare on the salad, pour on the yoghurt sauce, add the bread - cheese - turret. Good Appetite
