White Yogurt Tartar Sauce Salad Cream
The perfect white yogurt tartar sauce salad cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salad cream mass:
- 100 ml Yogurt, 1.5%
- 50 ml Remoulade
- 50 ml Milk 1.5%
- 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
Topping:
- 1 tbsp Herbs of Provence
- 1 Msp Pepper
- 1 Msp Salt
Salad cream:
- Mix all ingredients cold, then sprinkle the herbs and spices on top again and stir in twice. Pour into a casting container. Let it steep for at least 15 minutes, store in a cool place until consumption.
