White Yogurt Tartar Sauce Salad Cream

Ingredients
 

Salad cream mass:

  • 100 ml Yogurt, 1.5%
  • 50 ml Remoulade
  • 50 ml Milk 1.5%
  • 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil

Topping:

  • 1 tbsp Herbs de Provence
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

Salad cream:

  • Mix all ingredients cold, then sprinkle the herbs and spices on top again and stir in twice. Pour into a casting container. Let it steep for at least 15 minutes, store in a cool place until consumption.
