Maultaschen casserole with green beans and cocktail tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 Maultaschen
  • 450 g beans (bush beans)
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 pack of grated cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the Maultaschen into strips and fry. Wash the beans, trim the ends, and cook in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes. Dice the garlic. Add the cooked beans and diced garlic to the pan with the Maultaschen. Immediately deglaze with a cup of vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Halve half of the cherry tomatoes, leave the other half whole, and add them to the pan with the Maultaschen. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Transfer everything to a baking dish and cover with the cheese. Bake at 150-170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes.
