Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 12 Maultasche(n) (vegetable Maultaschen), cut into strips
  • ½ head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 pack of ricotta (250 g)
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed (500 ml)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Place the sliced ​​Maultaschen in a greased baking dish and scatter the broccoli florets on top. Mix the passata, ricotta, milk, and seasonings, season to taste, and pour over the Maultaschen. Grate the Cheddar cheese and spread it over the gratin. Place the gratin in the oven (150°C top/bottom heat) and bake for about 30 minutes.
