Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp powder (protein powder – vanilla, chocolate, etc.)
- 2 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- Honey, optional
- 1 tbsp curd
- Sweetener, of your choice
- ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
- e.g. milk, alternatively oat milk or almond milk

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the egg, protein powder, cocoa, a little honey if desired, quark, and baking powder, and sweeten with sweetener. Add enough milk until the batter has a firm but creamy consistency. Then pour the batter into a muffin tin and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10-15 minutes.
