- 2 Pck. Maultaschen Swabian
- 3 Carrots
- 100 g Frozen peas
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 4 Stems Freshly chopped marjoram
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- 200 ml Milk
- 3 Eggs size L
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 100 g Grated cave cheese
- 8 Discs Raw ham
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C, fan-assisted / top-bottom heat 200 ° C
- Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan and fry the dumplings all around, set aside, let cool a little and then cut into thick slices.
- Heat the remaining oil in the frying fat of the Maultaschen and fry the carrot sticks and frozen peas in it for a few minutes while turning. Season and set aside
