Maultaschen in cheese and cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Maultasche(s), large
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • ½ bottle of Cremefine
  • ¼ cup herb cream cheese
  • 8 cocktail tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the Maultaschen into strips and fry in a pan. Dice the onion and sauté in the pan. Combine the cream with the cheese and stir well. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the sauce to the pan and simmer briefly to warm the sauce. Finally, add the quartered cocktail tomatoes and heat briefly.
