Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 point Maultasche(n), approx. 6 pieces
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped, approx. 400 g
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- some stalks of fresh basil
- ½ point gratin cheese, approx. 100 g
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Maultaschen with a twist
Cut the Maultaschen into strips, dice the onion, and finely chop the garlic. Brown the Maultaschen strips in a pan with the oil, then sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes and basil and let them warm through. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cheese and let it melt.
