Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g Maultasche(n), Swabian
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 250 g vegetable mix (vegetable mix, soup vegetables)
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

easy and fast

Wash the spring onions and cut into 2-3 cm pieces. Dice the Maultaschen (ravioli). Then fry the vegetables in a large pan with butter for about 6-7 minutes. Remove the vegetables and fry the spring onions and Maultaschen for about 5-8 minutes. Return the vegetables to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the crème fraîche.
