Maultaschen with purple asparagus and hollandaise

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 Maultaschen
  • 8 stalk(s) asparagus, purple
  • 300 ml hollandaise sauce
  • Salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quick dish with asparagus and Maultaschen

Cut the Maultaschen into strips and slice the asparagus diagonally. Set aside. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Fry the Maultaschen over medium heat until they brown slightly. Add the asparagus and continue frying. Season with salt. Once everything has browned nicely, stir in half of the hollandaise sauce. If the dish is too thick, add a little more sauce. Or, if you like it a lot, use the entire 300 ml.
