Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 130 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 450 ml whey
  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • e.g. vanilla sugar, powdered sugar or sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Low-calorie, refreshing

Makes approx. 750 ml. Place the raspberries in a tall container, add the whey and buttermilk, and blend thoroughly. Finally, sweeten to taste with vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, or sweetener. Chill and enjoy cold.
