- 130 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 450 ml whey
- 150 ml buttermilk
- e.g. vanilla sugar, powdered sugar or sweetener

Makes approx. 750 ml. Place the raspberries in a tall container, add the whey and buttermilk, and blend thoroughly. Finally, sweeten to taste with vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, or sweetener. Chill and enjoy cold.
