Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 packs of Maultasche(s)
- 2 red bell peppers
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 2 spring onions
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 sausages (Vienna sausages)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the Maultaschen into strips and fry. Meanwhile, finely chop the bell peppers, mushrooms, leeks, spring onions, and sausages and fry for a few minutes. Deglaze with cream, add the tomato paste, and stir well. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
