Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Maultasche(s), 400 g
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp oil (sunflower)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine)
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the Maultaschen according to the package instructions, let cool, and slice. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mix a vinaigrette with oil, vinegar, and spices. Pour the vinaigrette over the tomatoes and Maultaschen slices and fill with two centimeters of water. Season again if desired. Microwave briefly. Serve the salad lukewarm. Perfect with a few slices of baguette for dipping the sauce at the end.
