Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g almond flour
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • e.g. pine nuts
  • Cake icing of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

For the base, combine the butter and sugar. Then, whisk one egg into the mixture, followed by the flour. Spread the mixture into a 24 cm diameter cake pan. For the filling, combine the almond flour, powdered sugar, and 6 eggs. Spread the almond flour mixture onto the unbaked base. Sprinkle pine nuts over the mixture before baking. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 35-40 minutes.
