Coconut Biscuits

- 100 g Coconut flakes fine
- 250 g Butter
- 250 g Flour type 405
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 100 g Cornstarch fine
- Quickly knead all ingredients with your hands to form a smooth dough – approx. 6 min.
- Place the dough on the work surface, shape into a ball, wrap in foil and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Only take as much dough out of the refrigerator as is being processed. Preheat oven to 180 ° C O / U.
