- 100 g Figs dried
- 50 g Candied cherries
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 125 g Soft butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 100 g Cornfllakes in sugar
- Dice the figs and cherries. Mix flour with baking powder and fold into the fruit.
- Mix the butter with salt until frothy, then beat with the egg until frothy. Stir in desiccated coconut and fruit mixture until a slightly cracking dough is formed; If necessary stir in milk. Mix in the corn flakes.
