- Bring the water, margarine and salt to a boil.
- Add the flour all at once, stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon for about 1 minute.
- Remove the saucepan from the stove and continue to stir vigorously. Until the dough has formed as a lump. Let the mass cool down properly.
- Now knead the egg yolks and the remaining eggs one after the other with a hand mixer (dough hook).
- Spread the mixture with a tablespoon of a good 11 portions on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 170 ° C for 50 minutes and at 180 ° C for 10 minutes (about 60 minutes).
- *** Super important: never open the oven during the baking process !!! *** Let the cream puffs (Заварные Пирожные) cool down after baking (do not cut through).
