Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 marshmallows
- 4 bananas
- 1 tbsp butter
- 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- some pistachios, finely chopped
- some chocolate sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan oven). Halve the marshmallows. Peel the bananas and halve them lengthwise. Melt the butter in a nonstick pan and fry the banana halves in batches, turning occasionally, for about 3 minutes. Then remove from the pan and divide them among 4 oven-safe plates. Arrange the halved marshmallows on top of the bananas and bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown. Then remove from the pan and arrange the vanilla ice cream scoops on top. Garnish with the finely chopped pistachios and chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
