Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 ½ liters of water
- 180 g vegetables (carrots, leeks, celery)
- 1 onion(s)
- 350 g beef bones
- 250 g beef
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bring the water to a boil with the beef, beef bones, vegetables, and garlic clove. Skim any foam with a slotted spoon and continue to simmer. Brown the onion in a pan and add it to the broth. After about 30 minutes, strain the broth through a very fine sieve.
