Meat Cheese Strudel

The perfect meat cheese strudel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pkg Puff pastry rolled out completely
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Green peppers diced
  • 100 g Red peppers diced
  • 3 El Oil
  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1,5 Tl Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 El Tomato paste
  • 100 g Diced Ementaler
  1. Unroll the puff pastry. Chop the onion and stew in oil with diced paprika for 10 minutes. Mix the minced meat with the egg and spices and work in the onion and pepper mixture. Spread the mixture over the dough and sprinkle with the cheese cubes. Roll up and coat with yolk. Bake at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes, then bake at 175 degrees for another 25 minutes. Serve warm with a salad.
