Moist Wholemeal Bread and Crispy Bread Sticks

The perfect moist wholemeal bread and crispy bread sticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Spelled flour type 630
  • 250 g Wholemeal spelled flour
  • 0,25 l Lukewarm water
  • 1 Pc. Yeast cubes
  • 1 tbsp Sugar fine
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 handful Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 handful Sunflower seeds
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  1. Mix the flour with salt.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water with sugar.
  3. Add the seeds.
  4. Knead in enough olive oil until the dough becomes supple. The dough should still be damp.
  5. Shape the dough into a ball and let rise, covered, for about an hour.
  6. Make sticks out of one part of the dough, use the larger part to make a loaf and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
  7. Bake the loaf in the preheated oven at 200 ° for approx. 30 minutes. The bread sticks only 10 minutes. to bake.
