Moist Wholemeal Bread and Crispy Bread Sticks
The perfect moist wholemeal bread and crispy bread sticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Spelled flour type 630
- 250 g Wholemeal spelled flour
- 0,25 l Lukewarm water
- 1 Pc. Yeast cubes
- 1 tbsp Sugar fine
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 handful Pumpkin seeds
- 1 handful Sunflower seeds
- 1 shot Olive oil
- Mix the flour with salt.
- Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water with sugar.
- Add the seeds.
- Knead in enough olive oil until the dough becomes supple. The dough should still be damp.
- Shape the dough into a ball and let rise, covered, for about an hour.
- Make sticks out of one part of the dough, use the larger part to make a loaf and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
- Bake the loaf in the preheated oven at 200 ° for approx. 30 minutes. The bread sticks only 10 minutes. to bake.
