- 400 g Pork cheeks
- 50 g Bacon
- 50 g Onion
- 1 size Clove of garlic
- 100 g Oyster mushrooms
- 200 ml Broth
- Oregano
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Lard
- Fry the lightly smoked, diced bacon with the coarsely chopped onion and garlic in lard. Then remove.
