  • 7 Frozen pork chop
  • 0,5 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Herbs of Provence
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Caraway seeds
  • 1 Can Malt beer
  • 0,5 l Meatsoup
  • 8 Juniper berries
  • 8 Black peppercorns
  • 8 Allspice grains
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds black
  • 1 tbsp Beet syrup
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 Sauce gingerbread
  • Balsamic cream
  1. Wash the thawed chops, pat dry, rub with salt, pepper and caraway seeds, and brush with mustard. Clean the soup vegetables or peel and cut into small pieces. Rotate the solid spice grains through a spice grinder. Preheat the oven to about 100 °
  2. Heat some oil in a roasting pan, fry the meat lightly brown on both sides for approx. 2-3 minutes, remove from the roasting pan and set aside. Caramelize the powdered sugar in the roaster, stir in the vegetables, tomato paste and spices and let sear as well. Deglaze with the beer. and distribute the meat on the vegetables and cook in the oven on the middle bar for approx. 30 minutes, depending on the thickness.
  3. Always ensure that there is enough liquid with the beet cabbage dissolved in the meat broth. Make a test, use the crumbled gingerbread to thicken the sauce and season to taste with salt, pepper and balsamic cream.
