Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g meat, fried or boiled
- 1 potato(s)
- 75 g carrot(s)
- 75 g tomatoes
- 1 small gherkin(s)
- 75 g peas
- 60 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 pinch of salt
- Pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the meat, potatoes, and carrots into small cubes. Wash and remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut them into eighths. Finely dice the cucumber, and drain the peas. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt and season generously with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients well and let it marinate. Variations: Replace the potato with 1/4 diced yellow bell pepper. Add 1-2 tablespoons of pearl onions or capers. This salad is quicker to prepare if you omit the potatoes and carrots and add some finely chopped gherkins instead of the pickled gherkins.
