Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g grilled meat of your choice
- 200 g cucumber(s)
- 100 g remoulade
- 6 slices of toasted bread of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop any meat left over from the barbecue. Deseed the cucumber and dice only the solid parts very finely. Discard the slimy part. Now mix the meat, cucumber, and remoulade. This meat salad tastes especially good on toast with its roasted flavors. Serve with a crisp salad.
