Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250g mortadella
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp creamed horseradish
- 1 small onion(s)
- Remoulade (herb remoulade)
- salt and pepper
- 4 gherkins
- n. B. herbs, e.g. frozen
Instructions

simple and delicious
Cut the mortadella into thin strips. Dice the gherkins and onion. Combine all ingredients and season to taste.
