  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp creamed horseradish
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • Remoulade (herb remoulade)
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 gherkins
  • n. B. herbs, e.g. frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple and delicious

Cut the mortadella into thin strips. Dice the gherkins and onion. Combine all ingredients and season to taste.
