Taco tomato cheese spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese or Swiss hard cheese
  • 150 g cream cheese (light cheese is fine)
  • 80 g bacon, diced
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 40 g pesto (bruschetta tomato)
  • 50 g tacos (natural chips)
  • Salt
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Microwave the bacon cubes in a suitable container for 1-2 minutes, then allow to cool. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and finely dice the flesh. In a 3-liter bowl, use a fork to break up the feta cheese, then add the cream cheese, taco chips, bacon cubes, finely diced tomatoes, and the Bruschetta Tomato Pesto; mix well. Coarsely grate the Cheddar or Swiss hard cheese, add it to the bowl with the other ingredients, and continue mixing. Add a little salt and chili flakes to taste. Keeps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
