Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 meat sausage
- ½ cup sour cream
- e.g. natural yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 gherkins

without mayonnaise
Grate the meat sausage and pickles on the coarse side of a vegetable slicer. Mix together the sour cream, natural yogurt (if desired, depending on your preferred consistency), mustard, and honey. Add the meat sausage and pickles and mix well. The meat salad will keep for a few days in the refrigerator. It tastes great on bread, rolls, or toast. You can use leftover cold cuts, such as hunting sausage, beer ham, etc.
