Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 3 m.-large carrot(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Trim or peel the leeks and carrots, wash, and cut into thin strips. Cook the vegetables in salted water for about 5 minutes. Cook the tagliatelle in boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain the vegetables and pasta. Combine in a saucepan and mix. Add the cream and heat gently, season with salt and pepper, then serve. Salmon or pan-fried dishes go well with this dish.
