Meat salad with wild garlic

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g meat sausage (poultry sausage)
  • 1 tbsp wild garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 shot of cucumber juice
  • some lemon zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick to prepare spread with great taste

Coarsely grate the sausage with a kitchen grater, then mix with mayonnaise, natural yogurt, and wild garlic. Season with cucumber juice and a little lemon zest. Chill before serving, stirring again if necessary. The spread will keep in the refrigerator for about 4-5 days.
