Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g sausage (Lyoner, meat sausage, etc.)…
- 100 g cucumber(s)
- 2 cups of natural yogurt (150 g each)
- salt and pepper
- n. B. herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
no mayonnaise, no remoulade, no additives.
First, cut the cucumbers and sausage into small pieces, strips, or grate them. Then, add the yogurt to a small bowl. Then, add the cucumbers and sausage. At this point, add the salt and pepper. Then, add the herbs. Mix thoroughly, season to taste. Let stand for a while, and serve.
