Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g QimiQ
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 g yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Salt
- pepper
- Parsley
- 500 g meat sausage or Lyoner
- 200 g cucumber(s) (pickled gherkins)
- ½ onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 pepper, pickled (cut into strips)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
without mayo
Beat the QimiQ with a hand mixer until smooth. Then stir in the oil, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, ketchup, and seasoning. Cut the sausage into strips and the gherkins into sticks. Mix the cream with the sausage, gherkins, onions, and bell peppers, and season with a little more gherkin broth if desired. Serve the salad at room temperature. If refrigerated, the cream will become quite solid and difficult to stir back into a smooth consistency.
