Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil, corn oil, alternatively sunflower oil
  • 4 tbsp cucumber juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 200 g sausage, Krakauer (Lyoner)
  • 70 g cheese (Gouda)
  • ½ vegetable onion(s)
  • 3 gherkins

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with cheese and vinegar-oil dressing

Cut the sausage, cheese, and cucumber into thin strips. Finely dice the onion. Make a dressing from the oil, cucumber juice, pepper, salt, and mustard. Season with vinegar. Mix everything together and let it marinate in the refrigerator. The portion can be increased as desired.
