Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 pack of Leberkäse
- 1 jar mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup of cream
- ¼ liter vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp oil
- some salt and pepper
Instructions

Peel and finely dice the onions, then fry in hot oil until translucent. Dice the meatloaf and add it to the onions, frying briefly. Add the jar of mushrooms along with the liquid. Bring to a boil, then add the stock and stir in the mustard. Bring back to a boil and add the cream, then season with salt and pepper. Finally, thicken slightly with cornstarch, if desired. This dish is delicious with mashed potatoes.
