Quick minced meat sauce for rice or noodles

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small jar of mushrooms
  • 5 tbsp tomato ketchup and some spice ketchup
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. I usually use minced pork, but you can also use minced beef or a mixture, depending on your taste. Add the onion and fry briefly. Add the tomato ketchup, tomato paste, and a little ketchup spice. The sauce is usually very thick, so thin it with a little water if desired. Add the mushrooms and bring everything to a boil briefly. Season with tomato ketchup, ketchup spice, salt, and pepper. We usually eat the sauce with rice, but it also goes very well with pasta.
